The HMS MediCall^© Call-Handling and Consultation system is a user-friendly IT facility for recording, processing and communicating medical events for patients in primary and secondary care with an emphasis of development upon integrated emergency care services. Clinicians can easily pass calls between services, clinics and disciplines making fully integrated care a reality. Our system has the capability to provide patients and healthcare professionals a single point of contact for all their medical needs. We have written our software with the NHS's future plans in mind and are ready and waiting to make them a reality.
