Patients can be entered onto the system and passed directly to any connected resource including mobile workers, with appointments if required. Users have sight of Live Activity information in all connected resources at the point of deciding the patient’s pathway, enabling the most efficient use of available resources.

At each intervention clinicians have sight of the patients’ previous history and treatment details are recorded onto a single patient record, which is immediately available to all other authorised users, including the patient’s GP.

Modules within our current portfolio include GP Out of Hours, Emergency Departments, Minor Injury Units, Emergency Dental and Physiotherapy. Each module has its own tailored range of MediForms© to record treatments and observations.

Mobile workers can use inexpensive PDA phones and rugged laptops to view and record observations, treatment details, patient information, issue prescriptions and much more.

Each module has its own tailor made suite of compliance and operational reports which can be run by authorised users, including the service commissioners themselves. We also have a Clinical Audit tool for quickly and efficiently assessing clinicians’ work.
